Right to refuse – the Company may reject or cancel an order at its discretion, and reserves that right.
What warranty and liability apply?
Products are supplied “as-is”, with no warranty express or implied save where the law requires one. Liability stops short of two heads.
Installation and misuse – the Company answers neither for errors of installation nor for misuse of its products.
Consequential loss – nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damages flowing from use of the website or the products.
