Which courts have jurisdiction?
A single forum hears any dispute, and using the website and its services is agreement to that.
Exclusive jurisdiction – any dispute, controversy or claim arising from use of this website, from a transaction on it, or from the termination, breach or invalidity of these Terms falls to the courts of Malaysia, under their exclusive jurisdiction.
Venue objections waived – the Customer gives up any objection to the venue of proceedings, on inconvenient forum or any similar basis.
What of access from another country?
The Company’s representations stop at Malaysia.
No representation elsewhere – nothing here represents the materials, products or services on this site as suitable, or obtainable, in any other location.
Local compliance – a visitor reaching the site from outside Malaysia carries responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
